Delivery and Returns

We deliver worldwide and offer refunds and exchanges for items returned within 30 days of delivery. Over the Christmas period, we offer extended returns until 20th January 2025.

For the UK:

Delivery is free for orders over £125. We offer free returns and exchanges on all UK orders.

Standard deliveries are £4.95 (or £2.95 for orders that are letter box size, for example two t-shirts). All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 and are normally delivered within 2 working days. We also offer Special Delivery at £8.00.

For International Deliveries:

We offer express international delivery.

All taxes, duties and delivery charges are calculated at checkout. No additional charges will be applied on delivery.

Fabulous!

Great quality sweatshirt that gets lots of compliments! Comes up quite big - I'm usually a 10 on top and got the Small, and it's still a bit baggy but still looks good (I think it's meant to be a bit oversized!)

Love the quality of eleven loves sweatshirts, they don’t fade and honesty with each wash there is no change they’re like new. I get a large for a slightly oversized look for my size 12 frame.
