DELIVERY AND RETURNS FOR UK ORDERS

Delivery:

Standard delivery is charged at £3.95 for all orders.

All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 (First Class) and are normally delivered the next day within the UK from when the order is dispatched.  Orders placed before 3pm Monday-Friday are dispatched that day.  Orders placed after 3pm or over the weekend / on Bank Holidays are dispatched on the next working day.  When your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.

Delivery is free for orders over £125.

We also offer a UK Next Working Day Special Delivery Mon - Fri (when ordered before 2pm). This is charged at £8.00. This should arrive by 1pm the next day.  Although 96% reliable, Royal Mail next-day deliveries are not guaranteed. Very occasionally they will arrive the following day.

Returns:

We want you to love your garment, however, if you are unhappy with your purchase, we are willing to provide a free exchange or refund within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned to us unused, in the original condition and with tags attached.  Over the Christmas period, we offer extended returns until 20th January 2025.

We enjoy helping our customers to find the Eleven Loves style or design that’s just right for them so if you would like to exchange we’re here to help! If you would prefer a refund, that’s fine too. Either way, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Register your exchange or refund with our partners Royal Mail and arrange your free return here
  2. Carefully repackage your items in their original packaging
  3. Complete the exchanges and returns form included in your delivery. If you would like to exchange for an item of a different value please email hello@elevenloves.co.uk and we can organise this with you
  4. Attach your free post label to your parcel (or use the QR code)
  5. Take your parcel to any Post Office.  Please retain your post office receipt as proof of return
  6. Once posted, you can track the progress of your parcel using the Royal Mail Track and Trace Service, so you can see when it has arrived with us
  7. Please allow up to ten days from date of receipt for us to process your exchange or return
