DELIVERY AND RETURNS FOR UK ORDERS
Delivery:
Standard delivery is charged at £3.95 for all orders.
All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 (First Class) and are normally delivered the next day within the UK from when the order is dispatched. Orders placed before 3pm Monday-Friday are dispatched that day. Orders placed after 3pm or over the weekend / on Bank Holidays are dispatched on the next working day. When your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.
Delivery is free for orders over £125.
We also offer a UK Next Working Day Special Delivery Mon - Fri (when ordered before 2pm). This is charged at £8.00. This should arrive by 1pm the next day. Although 96% reliable, Royal Mail next-day deliveries are not guaranteed. Very occasionally they will arrive the following day.
Returns:
We want you to love your garment, however, if it isn’t quite right, it is free to return it for an exchange or a refund using our free returns portal, where you can submit your details and get your free returns label or QR code with instructions.
If you would like to try a different fit, colour, or simply want a different product, our returns portal makes exchanges simple.

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery and must be unused, in the original condition and with tags attached. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
It takes 2-3 working days for returns to get back to us and they are then processed within 1-2 working days of receipt but please allow up to 7 days. Any refund automatically goes back to the original payment method immediately but can then take 3-5 days to appear in your account depending on how quickly your bank clears it.
