Refund policy
We want you to love your garment, however, if it isn’t quite right, it is free to return it for an exchange or a refund using our free returns portal, where you can submit your details and get your free returns label or QR code with instructions.
If you would like to try a different fit, colour, or simply want a different product, our returns portal makes exchanges simple.

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery and must be unused, in the original condition and with tags attached. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
It takes 2-3 working days for returns to get back to us and they are then processed within 1-2 working days of receipt but please allow up to 7 days. Any refund automatically goes back to the original payment method immediately but can then take 3-5 days to appear in your account depending on how quickly your bank clears it.
