This means that we can provide our customers worldwide with a seamless localised shopping experience. Please note that your payment method is charged by *Global-e/Eleven Loves - this is shown at the checkout when you place your order.

All duties and taxes are calculated and paid at checkout.  No additional duties and taxes will be applied on delivery.

You will be sent a notification when your order is dispatched. Shipping charges and delivery times are as follows:


US Express Delivery (2-3 working days) - $10 (Free Shipping for orders over $200) 


IE Express Delivery (2 working days) - €10 (Free Shipping for orders over €200)


EU Express Delivery (2-3 working days) - €15 (Free Shipping for orders over €200)


AU Express Delivery (3 working days) - AUD$25 (Free Shipping for orders over AUD$300)

The relevant delivery charge and times will automatically be added to your shopping bag when you input your shipping address details and select your country. 

Please note that we are unable to ship to PO boxes. 


We want you to love your garment, however, if you are unhappy with your purchase, we are willing to provide a refund within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned to us unused, in the original condition and with tags attached.

If you would like to exchange your item, please re-order the item you would like and send the unwanted item back to us for a refund.

You will need your order number and email address in order to complete the returns process.  Once in the returns portal, please follow these simple steps:

1) Select the item/s you wish to return, choose a reason from the drop-down menu and click "next"

2) Your returns label and form will be generated.  We will  calculate the cost of your return and this will be deducted from your refund automatically

3) Pack items in the original packaging to ensure that they arrive with us safely,  Please include the international returns form inside the parcel

4) Return your parcel via your local branch of the selected carrier displayed on the returns portal

Please be aware that returns take around 7-10 business days to arrive with us and up to a further 5 days to process.

We recommend that you gain proof of postage for your returned item, as we cannot be held responsible for anything that gets lost or damaged in transit.

Please ensure that you follow the steps outlined above.  If you choose not to use the returns portal and to send the items to us independently we will not be able to recover tax and duties and unfortunately we will need to deduct this from your refund.
