How often do you launch new styles?

We typically drop new styles weekly on a Thursday at 7 p.m. Look out for our Instagram Lives at elevenloves.co.uk where we talk through our new launches and share ways to wear and outfit ideas.

How quickly do your new styles sell out?

As a sustainable brand, we research our new styles with our customers and produce our seasonal styles in small runs which often sell out fast. We also stock core seasonless styles from our boyfriend jeans to cotton shirts to rib vests and sustainable cotton t-shirts and sweatshirts which we replenish on a regular basis. These are also updated regularly in new season colours.

How much is delivery?

Next day UK delivery is charged at £3.95 for all orders. Next day delivery is free for orders over £125. We also offer UK Next Working Day Special Delivery Mon-Fri (where ordered before 2pm). This should arrive before 1pm the next day. This is charged at £8.00. We also offer express international delivery. All delivery charges and duties are calculated at checkout.
