We deliver worldwide and offer refunds and exchanges for items returned within 30 days of delivery. Over the Christmas period, we offer extended returns until 20th January 2025.

For the UK:

Delivery is free for orders over £125. We offer free returns and exchanges on all UK orders.

Standard deliveries are £4.95 (or £2.95 for orders that are letter box size, for example two t-shirts). All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 and are normally delivered within 2 working days. We also offer Special Delivery at £8.00.

For International Deliveries:

We offer express international delivery.

All taxes, duties and delivery charges are calculated at checkout. No additional charges will be applied on delivery.

I really love this dress. I haven’t worn it yet as saving it for my Christmas Parties. It feels real special when on. It is flattering and they were very helpful when I needed to exchange the 16 for the 14.

Beautiful dress

This is a beautiful dress. It looks so gorgeous on and is very comfortable to wear. The fabric is stunning. I am 5ft 8 with long arms and usually wear a size 14. I bought the 14 and the fit and length is great on me and the arms are long enough. The elasticated cuffs are loose enough to alter the sleeve length if you want to do a 3/4 sleeve. I know this will be a favourite in my wardrobe for years to come. Thank you

Not for me!

With the exception of the Izzy/ Lizzy dresses , Eleven Loves dresses don't suit me. Too tight across the bust ( buttons pulling) and back, swamped by the fabric everywhere else. You need to be above average height to carry this off. Beautiful fabric.
