What is a cashmere blend jumper?

A cashmere blend jumper is knitted from a yarn that combines cashmere with wool. Ours are 90 percent Responsible Wool Standard wool and 10 percent cashmere, which gives the softness of cashmere with the shape retention of wool.

Is a cashmere blend jumper worth it?

For everyday wear, yes. A good blend keeps most of the softness of pure cashmere while being more resilient, holding its shape better and costing less, which makes it the practical choice for jumpers you wear often.

Does a cashmere blend jumper pill?

Some light bobbling is normal at first, particularly under the arms where there is friction. It reduces after the first few washes and lifts away easily with a cashmere comb.

How do you wash a cashmere blend jumper?

Hand wash in cool water with a wool detergent, or use the wool cycle at 30 degrees inside a mesh laundry bag. Never tumble dry and always dry it flat.

Is a wool cashmere blend warm?

Yes, a 90 percent wool, 10 percent cashmere blend is naturally insulating and comfortably warm through winter, while staying lightweight and breathable.

What is the difference between cashmere and a cashmere blend?

Pure cashmere is 100 percent goat fibre, the softest and most delicate option. A blend combines cashmere with wool, keeping most of the softness while adding durability and a kinder price.
