Delivery and Returns

We deliver worldwide and offer refunds and exchanges for items returned within 30 days of delivery. Over the Christmas period, we offer extended returns until 20th January 2025.

For the UK:

Delivery is free for orders over £125. We offer free returns and exchanges on all UK orders.

Standard deliveries are £4.95 (or £2.95 for orders that are letter box size, for example two t-shirts). All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 and are normally delivered within 2 working days. We also offer Special Delivery at £8.00.

For International Deliveries:

We offer express international delivery.

All taxes, duties and delivery charges are calculated at checkout. No additional charges will be applied on delivery.

Beautiful, well made, classy looking. Wore for an interview this morning as find if I look good I perform better!
Dress up with formal black trousers & white shirt etc or down with jeans and jumper. I’m 5’2 and standard 6-8 on top and it ‘s a great fit. Long in the body but still works perfectly. Quality is second to none. Delighted with my purchase.!

I’m so pleased I took the plunge and ordered this blazer. The cut is so good and it works well with both jeans and dresses. It’s quite a heavy tweed and, with a warm sweater underneath, will work well instead of a coat until the weather turns wintery. The fit will s true to size. Another winner from Eleven Loves with the usual exceptional quality.
