Gift Card Terms and Conditions

Eleven Loves gift cards are issued as digital gift cards and sent by email to the address given at checkout.

Gift cards have no expiry date and the balance remains available until it is fully used.

Gift cards can be redeemed at elevenloves.co.uk only, against any full price or sale item.

Gift cards can be used across more than one order until the balance is spent.

If an order is worth more than the gift card balance, the difference can be paid by card or any other accepted payment method.

Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be used to buy another gift card.

If an order paid for with a gift card is returned, the value is refunded to the original gift card and not to a bank account.

Please keep the gift card code safe. We are not able to replace gift cards that are lost, stolen or shared with others.

Gift cards are not refundable once issued, other than where required by law.
