Gift Card FAQs

How is the gift card delivered?
It is sent by email to the address given at checkout, usually within a few minutes. Please do check your junk folder if it has not arrived.

Can I send it to someone else?
Yes. You can forward the email on, or enter the recipient's email address at checkout.

Does it expire?
No, there is no expiry date and the balance stays available until it is used.

Can I use it over several orders?
Yes. Any remaining balance stays on the card for next time.

What if my order costs more than the gift card?
You can pay the difference with a card or any other accepted payment method at checkout.

Can I use a gift card and a discount code together?
Yes, a gift card can be used alongside a valid discount code.

What happens if I return something I bought with a gift card?
The value is credited back to the original gift card rather than to a bank account.
