DELIVERY AND RETURNS FOR ORDERS OUTSIDE OF THE UK
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
In order to give you a smoother and easier international ordering experience we’ve partnered with Global-E, an international payment and fulfilment partner, which simplify international orders for companies. This means that we can provide our customers worldwide with a seamless localised shopping experience. Please note that your payment method is charged by *Global-e/Eleven Loves - this is shown at the checkout when you place your order.
All dutues and taxes are calculated and paid at checkout. No additional duties and taxes will be applied on delivery.
You will be sent a notification when your order is dispatched, which can take 2-3 days. Shipping charges and lead times from the date of dispatch are as follows:

IE Standard Delivery (3-4 working days) - €10
IE Express Delivery (2 working days) - €15
Europe
EU Standard Delivery (3-6 working days) - €10

Rest of World (including Channel Islands)
The relevant delivery charge and times will automatically be added to your shopping bag when you input your shipping address details and select your country.
Please note that we are unable to ship to PO boxes.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
We want you to love your garment, however, if you are unhappy with your purchase, we are willing to provide a free exchange or refund within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned to us unused, in the original condition and with tags attached.
We enjoy helping our customers to find the Eleven Loves style or design that’s just right for them so if you would like to exchange we’re here to help! If you would prefer a refund, that’s fine too.
For orders outside of the UK it is the customer's responsibility to pay the return postage including all tax and duties that are applicable. We recommend that you gain proof of postage for your returned item, as we cannot be held responsible for anything that gets lost or damaged in transit.
International customers must clearly mark their return packages “British Return Goods” with a domestic value of £0.00, as your returned items are not applicable for duty or taxes once they reach the UK. Please ensure you mark your parcel with £0.00, otherwise Eleven Loves will be charged custom duty, VAT and a clearance fee on your returned order. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
Returned postage charges will only be refunded if the item is damaged or faulty. If this is the case, please inform us within 24 hrs of delivery by email (hello@elevenloves.co.uk) to arrange for a replacement to be sent.
